Afet Riski İdaresinde Çok Aktörlü Disiplinlerarası Yaklaşım (Sempozyum 24-25 Nisan 2019) Sempozyumu, afetin gelişen boyutu ve ülkemiz afet risk idaresinin yapısı ve politikalarının ekonomik, politik ve sosyal analizi, mevcut ve gelişen sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerinin değerlendirilmesi yoluyla sosyal bilimlerde afet çalışmalarına katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu sebeple sosyal bilimlerin farklı disiplinlerinden araştırmacıların çalışmalarının yanı sıra, idari sorumlu kurum, özel sektör ve sivil toplum kuruluşları temsilcilerin bilgi, tecrübe ve kazanımlarının da aynı program dahilinde paylaşılması hedeflenmiştir.
